→ Build a core skill first
→ Add AI capability on top of it
→ Keep the fundamentals under the tool: languages, algorithms, production principles
Tools expire. Fundamentals are what let you survive the next tool.
My thoughts:
» Freshers used to enter this industry through concept passes, basic asset work and first-round testing. Those are the exact tasks AI absorbs first.
» Core skill first. AI second. Reverse the order and you get someone who can prompt but cannot judge the output.
